Shipping Information:
Shipments are made by UPS or U.S. Postal mail from our store in San Francisco, CA. US mail is normally faster. Please add 2-3 working days (keep holidays & weekends in mind) from when you place your orders for us to process, package and ship it.
We ship most orders via United Parcel Service or U.S. Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
INTERNATIONAL orders will be sent via USPS flat rate box. This allows for the fastest and most economical shipping method to customers outside of the USA. Feel free to fill up the flat rate box, to get the most value in your shipping. International orders should expect a longer shipping time period. You will have tracking ability, but please expect about at least a week, or two (dependent on country)from the date we send the order.
We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock. Some items do list alternate shipping times on their specific web pages. Expedited orders only will be notified of any delays.
UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.

Interruption of Service: Holy Gelato! USPS and UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM Holy Gelato! AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.
DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Holy Gelato! will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 3 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Holy Gelato! will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 3 day policy.
Food products and candy are not returnable. Opened tea & coffee is not returnable.
You can return unused goods within 3 days of receipt for any reason. We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges.
